My Cheating Boyfriend

I met my cheating boyfriend in my previous work. My family did not like him for some reason I cannot grasp. Maybe they saw something on my cheating boyfriend that I did not. They say love is blind, and I can say that I am blindly in love with my cheating boyfriend.

We seldom argue or fight. But as time goes by, things changed with my cheating boyfriend. He was not sweet and thoughtful as before. He seldom sends me love letters and greetings cards. We seldom talked on the phone. He spent more time with his friends rather with me.

I gave him second chance, but I still cannot get myself to trust my cheating boyfriend. At the back of my mind, I feel a cheater will always be a cheater. So I told my cheating boyfriend it was over and it is time for us to move on with our lives. It took a lot of courage for me to let go and I was glad I did.

Based on experience here are the signs if your boyfriend is cheating on you:

1. For someone you have been with, you already know his routine and the schedule that he has and how he acts when there are changes in his schedules. Usually he will tell you when he has an urgent meeting and where he is going. Now, when you boyfriend is cheating, his sudden changes in schedules are unknown to you and you are not informed, nor are you included in his plans.

2. With the social network sites today, it is very easy to meet a lot of people and go out with them. If you notice that your boyfriend is spending more time on the internet than normal, you might want to look into it. However, give your man space too. If it is nothing serious, do not make a big deal out of it.

3. There comes a stage in your relationship when you will feel emotional distance. Though this may not be a sign of unfaithfulness, be attentive and notice if he is always preoccupied. If he spaces out often while you are talking to him or he is not paying attention to the stories that you tell him.

4. You notice that your boyfriend is spending less and less time with you. This is not a direct indication that he is cheating. You must know first the reason for the "neglect" that you are feeling lately. It is possible that he is busy at work. But then if he is always using work as a reason for his absence, it can be quite questionable already.
